Featuring a telescopic steel tube that extends 94-119 cm, it locks into a standard door frame using pressure alone, so no screws, brackets or drilling are required. A built in level meter helps you set the bar straight before loading it. The Q195 steel tube is 1.5 mm thick with a 30 mm diameter, and tear resistant HDR foam sleeves cover the grips. PVC end caps protect the door frame and hold the bar in position. Rated to a maximum load of 200 kg, the bar measures 93 x 5.6 x 17.5 cm and supports pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging core work.
